PUD Scores High Marks in Customer Survey

July 20, 2011 – In June 2011, we conducted a satisfaction survey among residential customers. The overall ratings were among the best we have ever received.
Participants were asked to rate the PUD on a scale of 1 (Dismal) to 10 (Excellent) on several different measures. The graphs below show the percentage of participants who gave each rating. The title of the graph shows the subject of the question and the mean (average) score. For this type of survey, any mean score above “8” is a very positive result.
