Each year, we hold a coloring contest for local students between the ages of 5 and 12. Thanks to many local businesses, every student who enters gets free ice cream!

Who Can Enter

Students from the PUD’s service area between the ages of 5 and 12. Students may be enrolled at a public school, a private school, or home-schooled.

Contest Rules & Prizes

  1. Entrants must live within the PUD’s service area and be enrolled in school.
  2. Entries were due by September 20, 2018.
  3. Every qualifying entrant will receive a certificate for a free small ice cream cone that can be redeemed at a participating local restaurants.
  4. First- and second-place winners will be chosen in each age group and will be on display at our Customer Appreciation Dinner on October 9. First-place selections will appear in the Power Lines newsletter that accompanies our annual calendar, and on our website. Second-place selections will receive a certificate.
