Office Hours & Holidays

The PUD is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays.

Normal service hours for connection or disconnection of electric service, inspections, or other PUD activities at a customer’s location are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays.

Holiday Closures

The PUD office is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (observed January 2, 2023)
  • Memorial Day (May 29, 2023)
  • Independence Day (July 4, 2023)
  • Labor Day (September 4, 2023)
  • Veterans Day (observed November 9, 2023)
  • Thanksgiving Day (November 23, 2023)
  • Christmas Day (December 25, 2023)
