Joe Liebelt represents customers in St. Helens. He has served on the Board since 2025.
Liebelt has a career in the construction industry. He is a lifelong Oregonian who has lived in St. Helens for the last 20 years. He has a wife and 2 kids. They enjoy traveling and visiting national parks.
Liebelt joined the Board of Directors as a way to be more active in his community. He believes it is a good opportunity to contribute his knowledge.
