PUD Office Closed Until Further Notice

Columbia River PUD has closed its office to all non-district personnel until further notice. This closure is in accordance with Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-12.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and as a precautionary measure to protect the health and safety of customers, the public, and employees, Columbia River PUD has closed its office to all non-district personnel through March 31.

CRPUD linemen will still be available for outage response 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Staff is still available by phone and email from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The office is closed Fridays.

The PUD’s March 17 Board Meeting has been cancelled. The PUD’s Community Room is closed to use by all outside groups until April 15. Groups who use the Community Room on a regular basis have been contacted individually.

PUD customers who need to see PUD staff in person can do so by appointment only. Those customers should call (503) 397-1844 to make an appointment.

During the office closure, the PUD would like to remind customers of its payment options:

Customers may pay online.

Customers may pay by phone by calling (503) 397-0590.

Customers may drop off payments in the drop boxes located in the PUD parking lot, at Scappoose City Hall, and at Rainier City Hall.

The PUD drop box located at St. Helens City Hall Annex is not accessible until April 9 while St. Helens government buildings and offices are closed to the public.
