We have several outstanding checks to return to customers. These checks are primarily in the form of refund checks for customers who have closed their PUD accounts. If you or someone you know believe you may be owed money by Columbia River PUD, please call us at (503) 397-1844. Please be prepared to provide us with your name, current address, and current phone number.
We hold onto refund checks for one year. We try multiple ways to contact customers with unclaimed funds in an attempt to get the check to them. After a year, we send the funds to the State of Oregon. You can see if you or someone you know is owed money by the state here.
