The Special Waiver Program provides a $24 discount on the monthly Base Charge for income-qualified PUD customers. We use the income requirements from the State of Oregon to determine eligibility.
Special Waiver Eligibility
Special Waiver eligibility is determined through a screening process. Participants must be re-certified annually to keep the waiver. The discount is applicable to a customer’s primary residence only. Contact Customer Accounts at (503) 397-1844 or by email if you think you may qualify.
