Bids are due by Tuesday, April 21, at 3:30 p.m. The name and address of the bidder and the date and time of the bid opening must appear on the envelope and be conspicuously marked: "SEALED BID - 1/0 Underground Cable."
Bids submitted by fax or email will not be considered.
