April 7, 2017 Outage Update

9:00 p.m. Update

We are down to about six trouble spots, each affecting one or two customers.

If you are still without power and in an area not marked on the map, please call (503) 397-1844 to report your outage.

7:00 p.m. Update

Goble Substation is back in service! We still have a number of smaller outages to tackle. Crews are continuing their repairs. If you lose power, please call (503) 397-1844.

Thank you for your patience today as we cleaned up Mother Nature’s tantrum.

5:00 p.m. Update

We are transferring phones to our answering service for the evening, but crews will continue to make repairs with support from our dispatchers. Please report outages to (503) 397-1844.

The Goble Substation outage is still the largest issue; crews are at the substation now testing it. This affects customers in Goble and parts of Rainier and Deer Island. We also have lines down to repair in Goble, an outage in the Smith Road area, and individual outages to address in Rainier, St. Helens, Warren, and Scappoose. Thank you for your patience while our crews work to restore your power.

3:00 p.m. Update

We have an outage affecting all customers served by Goble Substation. Crews have re-routed power to bring as many customers in the area back online as possible.  They will repair and test the substation before restoring power to those still out. Crews are currently working in Goble, Warren, Columbia City, and St. Helens.
