To report an outage

Report outages immediately by calling us at (503) 397-1844. We rely on calls from our customers to determine the extent and location of outages, so your call helps us get the power back on quickly. When you call, please be prepared with the following information:

• Your phone number.
• Your name.
• The location of the outage.
• A description of the problem.

To report a fallen power line

Report any fallen power line immediately by calling us or calling 9-1-1. Never assume that someone else has called. Never touch fallen lines, and guard the area until our service people arrive.
