Pay By Phone
Our automated phone payment system takes credit card payments. Call (503) 397-0590 and choose Option #1.
Email Billing

Business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Account Online
Secure web access to your PUD account. Review your current statement and up to 13 months of billing and payment history, manage multiple accounts through a summary billing option and pay your PUD bill online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visit Account Online.
Power Pay
Automatic checking or savings account deduction. You'll still receive a statement showing your electric usage and other charges. The amount due will be deducted from your account before the bill's due date. Power Pay is easy to set up, and even if you're on vacation or ill, you'll never have to worry about paying your bill again.

Always Current
Always Current is an all-electronic payment program. You'll receive your invoice by email each month, and your payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.
It's as simple as that. No due dates to remember, no bills to clutter up the house, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your account is always up-to-date.

Budget Pay
Pay the same amount every month, year-round. The amount you pay is based on the average of your electric usage and other billed services from the previous year.
