We offer several options to help make bill paying more convenient.

Standard Billing

With Standard Billing you receive a statement once a month showing the charges due on your PUD account.

Pay By Telephone

You can pay your PUD bill with a credit or debit card by calling (503) 397-0590 and choosing option #1.

Visit Our Office

You can pay your PUD bill by visiting our office in Deer Island. Our business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Account Online

Account Online is a free service that allows you secure access to your PUD account via the Internet. You can review your current statement and up to 13 months of billing and payment history, manage multiple accounts through a summary billing option and pay your PUD bill securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Power Pay

Power Pay pays your PUD bill through an automatic deduction from your checking account. You'll still receive a statement showing your electric usage and other charges, and the amount due will be deducted from your account before the bill's due date. Power Pay is easy to set up, and even if you're on vacation or ill, you'll never have to worry about paying your bill again.

Always Current

Always Current is an all-electronic payment program. You'll receive your invoice by email each month, and your payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.

It's as simple as that. No due dates to remember, no bills to clutter up the house, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your account is always up-to-date.

Budget Pay

Budget Pay allows you to pay the same amount every month, year-round. The amount you pay is based on the average of your electric usage and other billed services from the previous year. Your monthly statement will continue to show your actual usage and billed items for that month. You may enroll in our budget payment program each March, and the amount you pay is evaluated each year. Electric Charge

Now you can pay your electric bill with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. With Electric Charge, your bill is charged to your credit card before the bill's due date each month. You never have to worry about a late bill again. Fill out the application form below to sign up:
