Building a new home is an exciting process. There are many energy efficiency measures available for new construction that can ensure that your new home is comfortable and that your energy costs are affordable.
Heat Pumps
A heat pump is one of the most energy-efficient ways to heat and cool your new home. We offer rebates ranging from $300 to $1,300 for the installation of energy-efficient air-source and geothermal heat pump systems.
Duct sealing
Leaky ductwork can increase heating and cooling costs by as much as 30%, reduce indoor air quality and cause uncomfortable drafts. We offer a $300 rebate toward the cost of your duct sealing projectwhen it is completed by a Climate Crafters Certified Technician.
Appliance rebates
We offer rebates ranging from $25 to $75 on the purchase of Energy Star qualified clothes washers, dishwashers and refrigerators.

Wouldn't it be nice to buy a water heater and know that it was the only water heater you would ever need? With a lifetime-warrantied, energy-efficient water heater, you can!
Tax credits
