Community Partners Loan Program

Columbia River PUD has joined forces with St. Helens Community Federal Credit Union and Wauna Federal Credit Union to bring you a great way to complete energy-saving projects and to make improvements to your business: the Community Partners Loan Program.

Finance Electrical and Energy Efficiency Improvements

With a Community Partners Loan, you can finance a wide variety of electrical and energy efficiency improvements at a fixed 6% interest rate and terms up to 84 months, with no loan fees and no prepayment penalty. By making changes such as replacing inefficient appliances or lighting systems, adding insulation or installing a new heating system, you can reduce energy bills and in many cases improve the value of your home or business.

The Process is Simple

If you would like to finance a project with a Community Partners Loan, contact our Energy Experts to determine whether the project you have in mind is eligible. The minimum loan amount is $500.

If the project is eligible, we will provide you with a loan application to submit to the Credit Union of your choice. They will process your application within two business days.

Once your application is approved, you can complete the project and then notify our Energy Experts so they can perform a final inspection. After the inspection, the Credit Union will disburse the loan funds via two-party check.
