The Neighbor's GLOW Fund provides emergency bill paying assistance to low-income PUD customers who are behind in their payments and in danger of having their electricity shut off. GLOW is funded through customer contributions and employee fundaisers.

How to contribute
Anyone can contribute to GLOW. PUD Customers can contribute through a one-time donation or a monthly contribution on their PUD bill. All contributions are tax deductible.
PUD employees also raise money for GLOW through annual fundraising activities including a book sale, a garage sale, and many other activities. All money collected for GLOW is distributed to PUD customers who need help.

To receive assistance from GLOW
GLOW assistance is available to customers who meet income guidelines. If you -- or someone you know -- needs help paying a PUD electric bill, please call our Customer Accounts department at (503) 397-0590. Our Customer Accounts Representatives may be able to help you find other resources to meet your needs, including our Budget Payment Plan, our Special Waiver, low-income weatherization services and other community resources.
