New site-built homes

Information about energy efficiency measures and incentives for new home construction.

Building a new home is an exciting process. There are many energy efficiency measures available for new construction that can ensure that your new home is comfortable and that your energy costs are affordable.

Heat Pumps

A heat pump is one of the most energy-efficient ways to heat and cool your new home. We offer rebates up to $2,000 for qualifying installations of energy-efficient air-source and geothermal heat pump systems.

Duct sealing

Leaky ductwork can increase heating and cooling costs by as much as 30%, reduce indoor air quality and cause uncomfortable drafts. We offer a $400 rebate toward the cost of your duct sealing project when it is completed by a PTCS Certified Technician.

Appliance rebates

We offer rebates ranging from $25 to $75 on the purchase of Energy Star qualified clothes washers, refrigerators and freezers.

Water heaters

Wouldn't it be nice to buy a water heater and know that it was the only water heater you would ever need? With a lifetime-warrantied, energy-efficient water heater, you can!

Tax credits

In addition to our incentives, you can also earn tax credits from the state of Oregon for energy efficient heat pumps, appliances and duct sealing project.
