Columbia Waves Plan
Purchase 100 kWh blocks of wind power for $2 per block per month. You may purchase as many blocks as you want.
Chinook Breeze Plan
Purchase 100% wind power for an additional 1.5ยข per kWh per month. This plan would cost a residential customer using 1,000 kWh of electricity $15.
