Budget Pay

Would you like to take the guesswork out of your PUD payment? Sign up for Budget Pay and you’ll pay the same amount each month, year-round.

To switch to the Budget Pay plan you need a $0 balance on your account and at least 12 months of account history at your current location. Accounts not kept current will be switched back to standard billing. Customers receiving LIHEAP assistance may not be eligible for Budget Pay.

New Budget Pay plans are set up in March only. Existing Budget Pay customers may see their payment amount adjusted in March each year. If you would like to enroll in Budget Pay, please contact Customer Accounts at (503) 397-0590, by email, or complete and return our enrollment form.
