Calendar Photo Contest
Each year we produce a calendar for our customers that features scenic photographs taken in Columbia County. Photos will be selected through a contest, which ends September 15, 2008. To be considered, photos must be shot in Columbia County and be appropriately sized for printing at 12 inches wide by 9 inches high.
Anyone may enter the contest, but we will give preference to photos taken by PUD customers. You may submit as many entries as you like, but we may limit each photographer to no more than two winning entries.
How to enter
Submit a print of the photo, the original slide, negative or digital file, and a contest entry form. If the photograph you submit has identifiable people in it, you must submit signed photo releases from them. (If the photo depicts minors, you must obtain written authorization from a parent or guardian.) Photo release forms can be downloaded from our website, picked up at our office in Deer Island, or faxed or emailed to you.
The print should be a minimum of 6 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. Digital submissions must have a minimum resolution of 2,700 pixels by 3,600 pixels.
