Grant Application Form

Application form for the PUD's Community Involvement Grant Program.

Project guidelines

Columbia River PUD's Board of Directors has identified four project areas for community involvement - Columbia County Fair, Seniors, Youth and Environment. Grant requests will be considered as they relate to these project areas.

It is the Board's desire to support projects that promote economic growth by contributing to the livability of our community. Grant requests must meet one or more of the following criteria as established by the Board:

  • Encourage community spirit to attract families and businesses to the area;
  • Assist with the needs of the senior population;
  • Recognize youth and their achievements;
  • Maintain the natural resources of the community.

Grant requests

The PUD's Community Involvement Team meets the third Thursday of each month. Grant requests are considered at team meetings, and you will be notified of the team's decision. Please provide as much information as possible.

You may either print out the grant request in Adobe PDF format and mail it to us, or fill in the information requested in the form below and submit it electronically.
