Step-by-Step Work Flow

  1. Contact our Energy Experts for a free energy audit. We will schedule an appointment, inspect your facility and identify a list of eligible upgrades. You must be present for the audit. Please allow 60-90 minutes for a thorough inspection.
  2. Our Energy Experts will provide a list of recommended improvements and the estimated incentives.
  3. If this will be a "Do-It-Yourself" project, assemble the costs for materials. If you are hiring a contractor, request bids for the recommended opportunities. We recommend that you obtain more than one bid if possible.
  4. Submit your list of planned improvements, along with the cost of materials or the contractor bid, for approval.
  5. Once the project is approved, you may begin the project.
  6. Notify us when the work has been completed. Provide a copy of the materials cost receipts for "Do-It-Yourself" jobs or a copy of the contractor invoice.
  7. We will perform a final quality assurance inspection.
  8. Upon completion of a satisfactory final inspection, we will process your rebate.

* If work is completed by anyone other than a licensed contractor, the job will be considered “Do-It-Yourself” and rebates will apply to materials costs only.
