Information about transferring service to a new location.
To transfer electric service from one location to another, or to change contact information on your account, call Customer Accounts at (503) 397-0590 or stop by our office. You may report changes of name or occupancy up to 30 days in advance.
If you're building a new home, outbuilding or business, or siting a new manufactured home, you'll need to contact our Engineering Department about about getting electric service at a new location.
