Choice Energy - Renewable Wind Power

Now you can support the development of renewable wind energy in Oregon, thanks to a new program called Choice Energy. By paying a small premium on your electric bill, you can purchase power generated at three wind farms in Eastern Oregon. Your premium will cover the additional cost of wind power generation and support the development of new renewable energy resources in the region.

By signing up for a Choice Energy plan, you’ll help to increase the amount of energy generated by renewable resources, reducing the need for new coal and natural gas-fired power plants, which deplete natural resources and contribute to air pollution.
