Step-by-Step Work Flow
- Contact our Energy Experts for a free energy audit. We will schedule an appointment, inspect your facility and identify a list of eligible upgrades. You must be present for the audit. Please allow 60-90 minutes for a thorough inspection.
- Our Energy Experts will provide a list of recommended improvements and the estimated incentives.
- If this will be a "Do-It-Yourself" project, assemble the costs for materials. If you are hiring a contractor, request bids for the recommended opportunities. We recommend that you obtain more than one bid if possible.
- Submit your list of planned improvements, along with the cost of materials or the contractor bid, for approval.
- Once the project is approved, you may begin the project.
- Notify us when the work has been completed. Provide a copy of the materials cost receipts for "Do-It-Yourself" jobs or a copy of the contractor invoice.
- We will perform a final quality assurance inspection.
- Upon completion of a satisfactory final inspection, we will process your rebate.
* If work is completed by anyone other than a licensed contractor, the job will be considered “Do-It-Yourself” and rebates will apply to materials costs only.
