Photo Contest ends August 31

Columbia River People's Utility District (PUD) is now accepting entries for the 2007 Photo Contest. The PUD holds the annual contest to select the photos that will appear in a calendar that is mailed to PUD customers.
The theme for this year's contest is "Columbia County - A Great Place to Play!" Prospective entrants are encouraged to submit scenic photos that show some of the many different opportunities for recreation and tourism in Columbia County. To be considered, photos must be taken in Columbia County and be appropriately sized for printing at 12 inches wide and 9 inches high.
Entry forms are available from the PUD office in Deer Island or at www.crpud.net. The deadline for entries is August 31, 2006.

Columbia River People's Utility District provides electric service to 17,500 customers in Columbia and Multnomah Counties in Oregon.
The PUD employs 48 people and had FY2005 gross revenues of $27 million.
