BPA Annual Reports
The PUD's wholesale electricity provider, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) also produces annual reports. Those reports are available in BPA's Media Library. During 2011, PUD General Manager Kevin Owens participated in the creation of BPA's 2010 annual report. You can see him in the Year in Review section, and in this video on the Regional Dialogue.
